There isn't "one" sex change surgery. There's bottom (genitals) and top (chest) surgery. Phalloplasty and metoidioplasty are the two different bottom surgeries you can get. Check out gendercube's blog who talks about these surgeries in detail and the methods. Chest surgery also has a couple of different variations depending on the size of your chest.
