i'm not too educated on this but what i know of is that its not /just/ the skin, its more of the underneath layers taken from the skin too and im not sure if other skin types are suitable for it like from other parts of the body idk ???
thank u!! maybe i could search for other skin places because forearm sounds pretty painful and it sort of looks like it makes your arm smaller when i looked at pictures
